ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN BY DESIGNATING ADDITIONAL AREAS FOR C OMME R C IAL, MULTIPLE-FAMILY COMMERCIAL - PROFESSIONAL AND The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The Land-Use Element of the Lodi General Plan is hereby amended by: a. designating 21. 5 acres at the Southwest corner of South Hutchins Street and West Kettleman Lane for commercial purposes; b. designating 3.4 acres at the Southwest corner of South Ham Lane and West Kettleman Lane; 4.1 acres at the Southeast corner of South Ham Lane and We st Kettleman Lane ; 1.7, acres on the south side of Gamey Drive, east of South Ham Lane and 32 Acres at the Southeast corner of Cabernet Drive and West Kettleman Lane for commercial - professional purposes and; c. designating 3.5 acres on Cabernet Drive for multiple family purposes __-_- *c%ion-Z. Tfiis ordi7ianc-e shall be palished-one time in-the "Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
