ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE
GENERAL PLAN BY DESIGNATING ADDITIONAL AREAS FOR
C OMME R C IAL,
MULTIPLE-FAMILY
COMMERCIAL - PROFESSIONAL AND
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Land-Use Element of the Lodi General Plan is
hereby amended by:
a. designating 21. 5 acres at the Southwest
corner of South Hutchins Street and West
Kettleman Lane for commercial purposes;
b. designating 3.4 acres at the Southwest
corner of South Ham Lane and West Kettleman
Lane; 4.1 acres at the Southeast corner of
South Ham Lane and We st Kettleman Lane ;
1.7, acres on the south side of Gamey Drive,
east of South Ham Lane and 32 Acres at the
Southeast corner of Cabernet Drive and West
Kettleman Lane for commercial - professional
purposes and;
c. designating 3.5 acres on Cabernet Drive for
multiple family purposes

News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect
thirty days from and after its passage and approval.

published pursuant to law.
