AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF
PARCEL AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOWER SACRAMENTO
ROAD AND THE FUTURE EXTENSION OF WEST VINE STREET
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 16.
LODI AND THEREBY CONDITIONALLY REZONING A 28.8-ACRE
FROM U-H, UNCLASSIFIED HOLDING DISTRICT TO P-D( 16),
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by
Section 27-2 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended and
the property hereinafter described is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied from its present classification of U-H, Unclassified Holding
District to P-D( 16), Planned Development District No. 16, with the
following conditions, viz:
TheEast 950. 5 feet of the South 1320. 7 feet
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township
3 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diab1o:'JBase and
Meridian.

Containing 28.8 acres, more or less
Conditions :
* 1. that Lower Sacramento Road be dedicated and improved
in conformance with the adopted Specific Plan;
2. that West Vine Street be dedicated and improved in con-
formance with a 64-foot right of way with a minimum paved section
to provide for two lanes of traffic and one parking lane;

3. that West Tokay Street be dedicated and improved with
a 55-foot right-of-way to the approval of the Public Works Director;
4. that the temporary storm drainage facilities meet the
conditions as established by the City Council with the engineering
design to the approval of the Public Works Director;

City Policy; and
that all utility extensions be in conformance to adopted
6. that each phase of the development be subject to the
acquisition of a Use Permit from the Planning Commission.
Section 2. The alterations, changes and amendments of the Official
District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved
by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council of the City
of Lodi after public hearings held in conformance with the provisions
of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State
of California applicable he reto.

Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi
News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect
thirty days from and after its passage and approval.

Lodi do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 1104 was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lodi held April 6,
1977 and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a
regular meeting of said Council held April 20, 1977 by the following
vote :
Ayes : Councilmen - EHRHARDT, HUGHES, KATZAKIAN,
PINKERTON and KATNICH
Noes : Councilmen - None
Absent: Councilmen - None
I further certify that Ordinance No. 1104 was approved and
signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and the same has been
published pursuant to law.
