AN ORDINANCE PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 4-ACRE PARCEL
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOWER SACkAMENTO ROAD AND
THE FUTURE EXTENSION OF WEST VINE STREET C-P, COMMERCIAL -
PJLOFESSIONAL AND AN APPROXIMATE 15-ACRE PAfiCEL ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF THE FUTURE EXTENSION OF WEST VINE STREET,
WEST OF THE WOODBRIDGE IRRIGATION CANAL, R- 1 SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDEN TIAL.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1.
described is hereby zoned and classified as being in the C-P, Commercial-
Professional District, viz:
Being a parcel of land lying within the Southeast 114 of Section 10, Township
3 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, and being more
particularly described as follows:
The property hereby identified as Parcel 1 and hereinafter
Commencing at a railroad spike at the center of said Section 10 as shown on
that Parcel Map recorded in Book 2 of Parcel Maps, Page 144, San Joaquin
County Records, said point also being on the center line of that 80. 00 foot
wide right-of-way for Lower Sacramento Rodd; thence South 89" 12' 30"
East 40. 00 feet along the northerly line of said Southeast 114 of Section 10
to a point on the east line of said Lower Sacramento Road and the TKUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 89" 12' 30" East 877.00 feet
along the said northerly line; thence South 200.00 feet; thence North 89" 12'
30'' West 877.D00feet to the east line of said 80. 00 foot wide right-of-way for
Lower Sacramento Road; thence North 200.00 feet along said east line to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 4.027 acres, more or less.
Section 2.
described is hereby zoned and classified as being in R- 1, Single-Family
Kesidential, viz:
The property hereby identified as Parcel 2 and hereinafter
Being a parcel of land lying within the Southeast 114 of Section 10, Township
3 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a raikoad spike at the center of said Section 10, as shown
on that Parcel Map, liecorded in Book 2 of Parcel Maps, Page 144, San
Joaquin County Records, said point also being on the center line of that
80.00 foot wide right-of-way for Lower Sacramento Road; thence South 89"
12' 30" East 40.00 feet along the northerly line of said Southeast 1/4 of
Section 10 to a point on the east line of said Lower Sacramento Road; thence
continuing South 89" 12' 30'' East 877.00 feet along the said northerly line
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 89" 12' 30"

East 1625.00 feet along the said north line to a point on the westerly line
of the 100 foot wide right-of-way for the Woodbridge Irrigation District;
thence South 00' 02' 30"East 400. 00 feet along said westerly line; thence
North 89" 12' 30" West 1625.29 feet; thence North 400.00 feet to the said
North line of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 10 and the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING, containing 14.923 acres, more or less.
Section 3.
City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public
hearings were held in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of
the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of California applicable hereto.
The above zoning herein set forth has been approved by the
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed, insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 5.
Sentinel'' a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from
and after its passage and approval.
This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News

Hughes

Absent: Councilmen - Katnich
I further certify that Ordinance No. 1073 was approved and
signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and the same has been
