HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 1066QRDINANCE NO. 1066 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF LODI BY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 938, AS MENT DISTRICT NO. 4. AMENDED AND THEREBY AMENDING THE PLANNED-DEVELOP- The City GounciL of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. Ordinance No. 938, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending 94. 1 acres of the Planned Development District No. 4 (P-D(4) ), which encompasses the English Oaks Manor Subdivision at the north side of West Harney Lane between South Hutchins Street and the Woodbridge Irrigation District Canal, and more commonly known as Assessor's Parcels Nos. 057- 130- 12, 057- 130-27, and 057- 130-29 to conform with the Revised Tentative Map of English Oaks Manor as conditionally approved on October 27, 1975 by the Planning Commission with the following conditions: a. That the Tentative Map as conditionally approved become the development plan with the exception of the shopping center and as otherwise noted; That Lots 285-295 and 372-383 be approved for duplex use with the restrictions as enumerated on Section 27-6A, R-LD', .Low,Density Multiple Family Residential District of the Lodi Municipal Code; That Parcels "A" and "B" be approved for apartment use at the ratio of 25 units per acre and with the restrictions as enumerated b. c. in Section 27-7, R-GA, Garden Apartment Residential District of the Lodi Mudicipal Code; That Parcel "C" be approved for apartment use at the ratio of 15 units per acre and with the restrictions as enumerated in Section 27-7, R-GA, Garden Apartment Residential District of d. the Lodi Municipal Code; and e. That all of the remaining lots be approved for single-family use with the restrictions as enumerated in Section 27-5, R- 1, Single-Family Residential District of the Lodi Municipal Code. The alterations, changes and amendments of said official District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearings held in conformance with the pro- visions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto. Section Z. with are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. Section 3. News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
