HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 10381% / ORDINANCE NO. 1038 ADOPTING AN OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF LODI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1974 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1975. The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. There is hereby appropriated and allocated from unexpended and unappropriated balances of funds in the City Treasury and from anticipated income in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1974 and ending June 30, 1975, the following monies for the support of the departments of the City of Lodi during said fiscal year: Debt Service.. ........................ $ 374,265 City Attorney.. ....................... 16,325 City Clerk and Council.. ............... 69, 130 ......................... This ordinance shall be published one time in the Lodi News-Sentinel, a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force and take effect im- mediately.
