HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 1025 ERORDINANCE NO. 1025 AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2-6 OF THE LODI CITY CODE ENTITLED, "DUTIES, ETC., OF MAYOR AS PRESIDING OFFICER; MAYOR PRO TEMPORE. I' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The first sentence of Section 2-6 of the Lodi City Code is hereby amended to read in full as follows: "The presiding officer of the council shall be the mayor who shall be elected annually on the Tuesday after the general municipal election and on the first regular meeting in March in the years when there is no general municipal election. Section 2. herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3. thirty days from and after its passage and legal publication.
