S. 50-99FREEWAY ON THE EAST; AND SOUTH CHEROKEE LANE ON THE WEST FROM THE I-PA, INTERIM- PROTECTIVE AGRICULTURAL DIS TRIG T COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (CITY DESIGNATION) (COUNTY DESIGNATION) TO THE C-2, GENERAL The City Council of the City of L.odi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by Section 27-2 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended and the property hereinafter described prezoned and reclassified from its present classification as being in the I-PA, Interim-Protective Agricultural District (County Designation) to the C-2 General Commercial District (City Designation), viz: The area bounded by the city limits on the north: the U.S. 50-99 Freeway on the east and south: and South Cherokee Lane on the west and more particularly described as San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel No. 057-16-43; 057-16-44; 057-16-45; 057-16-46; 057-16-47; and 057-16-48. The alterations, changes and amendments of said official District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearings held in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto. Page No. 2 Section 2. All ordinances and parts. of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel, in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published after its passage and approval. Reimche, City Clerk of the City of Lodi do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 1024 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held March 20, 1974, and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting held April 3, 1974, by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen - Ehrhardt, Hughes, Katnich, Schaffer and Pinkerton Noes: Councilmen - None Absent: Councilmen - None I further certify that Ordinance No. 1024 was approved and
