I02 I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-1 OF CHAPTER 14 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LODI ENTITLED, "MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, AND THEREBY AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF HOLIDAYS. The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as followsj Section 1. The definition of "Holidays" in Section 14-1 of Chapter 14 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended to read in full as followy "Holidays shall include the following days only: Every Sunday, January first, the third Monday in February, the last Monday in May, July fourth, the first Monday in September, September ninth, \,November eleventh;, the Thursday 1- -I - , in November appointed as Thanksgiving Day, December twenty- fifth, ,Good Friday between the hours of 12:OO noon and 3:OO p. m.i If January first, July fourth, September ninth, November eleventh, :*y-,,!7 ,: ( :( / or December twenty-fifth falls upon a Sunday, the Monday following is a holiday. If November eleventh falls upon a Saturday, the preceding Friday is a holiday. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. Section 3.
