' AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF
LODI AND THEREBY REZONING A 10.9 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WEST ELM STREET, EAST OF LOWER
SACRAMENTO ROAD DESIGNATED AS ALADDIN GARDENS
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 6.
SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 3 TO BE IN THE P-D (6), PLANNED-
The City Council of the City of Lodi dbes ordain as follows:
Section 1. The official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by
Section 27-2 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended to include the
property encompassed by Aladdin
Development District No. 6, being ore particularly described as follows:

District.

of the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee.

by the City Planning Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been

conformance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and
the laws of the State of California applicable hereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the IILodi News-
Sentinel. " a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the
City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its
passage and approval.

and Hughes
Noes: Councilmen - None
