ADOPTING AN OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE SUPPORT OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
OF THE CITY OF LODI AND A UTILITY OUTLAY BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1991 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1992

SECTION 2. The City Council hereby adopts by reference as if fully set
forth herein the document entitled "1991-92 AOOPTEO BUDGET",
copies of which are on file with and available from the City
Clerk.
An appropriation spending limit for 1991-92, in compliance with
Proposition 4, Article XI1 8 of the California Constitution, as
specified in Government Code Section 37200, is $33,441,797, and
the 1991-92 appropriation subject to the limit is $22,048,696.
This sectior! shall be deemed a part of the budget.
SECTION 3.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are

This uncodified urgency ordinance shall be published one time in
the "Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall
be in force and take effect imnediately.

Ordinance No. 1516, with the exception of the bulk power portion of this
ordinance, was adopted as an urgency ordinance at an adjourned regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Lodi held June 20, 1991 and was thereafter
to print by the following vote: passed, adopted and ordered

and Hinchman (Mayor)

Absent: Council Members - None
Abstain: Council Members - None

power portion of Urgency Ordinance No. 1516 was approved as a part of Urgency
Ordinance No. 1516 by the following vote:
