NEIGHBORHOOD - COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL ___________________-------------------------------------------------------- ........................................................................... BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LODl CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS. Section 1. The Land Use Element of the Lodi General Plan is hereby amended by redesignating the parcels located at 2801 West Turner Road (APNs 015-230-39) from NCC, Neighborhood - Community Commercial to LDR, Low Density Residential, as shown on the Vicinity Map, on file in the office of the Lodi City Clerk. Section 2. such conflict may exist. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
