HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 1749N 1. Section 10.44.170 is hereby added to the Lodi Municipal Code to read as follows: A. No person shall violate the disabled parking related regulations set forth in Vehicle Code Sections 4461 or 22507.8. Any person cited for violating any provision of Vehicle Code Section 4461 or 22507.8 shall, in addition to any fine imposed by those sections, be assessed an additional penalty of one hundred dollars ($1 00.00) A violation of this section shall be an infraction punishable solely by the imposition of the fine set forth in subsection A of this Section All revenue generated from the imposition of the penalty set forth in subsection A of this Section shall be used to implement the enforcement provisi~ns of the Vehicle Code relating to disabled parking spaces and placards within the City of Lodi, and may not be used to supplant funds used for other general parking enforcement purposes. (Vehicle Code 4461.3) . C. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. ordinance shall be published one time in the “Lodi News-Sentinel,’’ a daily ral circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
