It appearing that there -.as no lor4er any advantage in retainirg the half interests purchased from the W.S.G R E. Company in three poles on F=utchins Street. the President was authorized to execute a quit claim deed for the same, the Company having tendered the amount of $57.16 in payment therefor. The Clerk filed a report of an inventory of personal property of the City housed in the City hall and the amtter of increased insurance was referred to the finance committee; On moton of Trustee Shattuck, the Clerk rras authorized to purchase shades and irp-ke minor repairs at 223 19. Pine Street. Ore building permit, for a garage in the rear of 211 W. Oak Street at a cost of $250.00 was granted. Bills, including semi-monthly pay rolls, aggregating $2,745.38 were allowed and ordered paid on motion of Tr-ustee Shattuck, seconded by Trustee Lettler. - On motion of Trustee Shattuck the Board adjourned.
