BACKGROUND: On February 18, 1998 the City Council authorized the Electric Utility Department to advertise for bids for materials for three construction projects, the 230/60kV Line, Woodbridge Irrigation District Construction Project, and Cluff Avenue Feeder Line. On March 4, 1998, the City Council approved a contract with Woodbridge Irrigation District for the construction of a 12kV line to provide electric service to Sebastiani Wineries. All materials being purchased are standard item of use by the Electric Utility Department. In the event that the 12kV project with Woodbridge Irrigation District is not constructed, the materials will be used by Lodi. Materials necessary for these projects are included in Attachment A.
