B. REGULAR CALENDAR
B-1 "Adopt resolution accepting Harney Lane and Stockton Street Frontage Improvements in
Parisis Ranch, Tract No. 3111"
City Manager Flynn explained that it had been planned to place this matter on the
Consent Calendar for Council's last meeting; however, due to an oversight, it was not
included. He stated that it is important that the improvements be accepted in order to
allow the developer to put his property on the market.
At the request of Mayor Pro Tempore Hitchcock, Jeffrey Kirst, owner of Tokay
Development, provided a report on the item. Mr. Kirst stated that he was one of the
developers of the Park Place Development, LLC. The improvements now under
consideration by Council were the final phase of the development of the Parisis Ranch
subdivision. He stated that all improvements have been completed except for a portion

completed, and residents are now living there.
