An Informal Informational Meeting ("Shirtsleeve" Session) of the Lodi City Council was held Tuesday.
March 18, 1997 commencing at 7:06 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Council Members - Land, Mann (arrived at approximately 7:07 a.m.), Sieglock
(arrived at approximately 7:09 a.m.), Warner and Pennino
(Mayor)
Absent: Council Members - None
Also Present: City Manager Flynn, Deputy City Manager Keeler, Administrative Assistant to the City
Manager Evans, City Engineer Prima, Community Development Director, Bartlam,
Economic Development Coordinator Goehring, Electric Utility Director Vallow, Finance
Director McAthie, Interim Librarian Martinez, Police Chief Hansen, City Attorney Hays
and City Clerk Perrin
Present in the audience was a representative of the Lodi News Sentinel.

No action was taken by the City Council. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:40 a.m.
