INFORMAL INFORMATIONAL MEETING
"SHIRTSLEEVE" SESSION

An Informal Informational Meeting ("Shirtsleeve" Session) of the Lodi City Council was held Tuesday,
June 23, 1998 commencing at 7:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Council Members - Johnson, Land, Pennino and Sieglock (Mayor)
Absent: Council Members - Mann
Also Present: City Manager Flynn, Deputy City Manager Keeter, Public Works Director Prima,
Finance Director McAthie, Fire Chief Kenley, City Attorney Hays and City Clerk
Reimche
Present in the audience was a representative of the Lodi News Sentinel.

1. Fire Emergency Services Plan

There was no final action taken in these matters
4. Comments by the public on non -agenda items
a) Mayor Sieglock informed the City Council that he had discussed with. Supervisor
George Barber the proposed labor camp on Harney Lane (1/4 mile east of Tully
Road) which would house 400 men. The Mayor indicated that he had pointed out
some of the concerns raised by citizens of the community, i.e. traffic, that the
proposed labor camp would house men only and the problems that could arise from
that situation, etc.

No action was taken by the City Council. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:35 a.m.
