An Informal Informational Meeting ("Shirtsleeve" Session) of the Lodi City Council was held Tuesday,
January 27, 1998 commencing at 7:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Council Members - Land, Mann (arrived at 7:07 a.m.), Pennino, Warner (arrived
at 7:06 a.m.) and Sieglock (Mayor)
Absent: Council Members - None
Also Present: City Manager Flynn, Deputy City Manager Keeter, City Attorney Hays and City Clerk
Reimche
Present in the audience was a representative of the Lodi News Sentinel.

regarding International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) pursuant to

b) Conference with labor negotiator, Human Resources Director Joanne Narloch,
regarding United Firefighters of Lodi (UFL) pursuant to Government Code §54957.6
c) Property Acquisition of real property located at the east side of Sacramento Street,
south of Pine Street, Lodi, CA. The negotiating parties are the City of Lodi and
Union Pacific Railroad. Government Code §54956.8
