The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in regular session, President G. E.
Lawrence presiding and the following other members of the Board being present:
J. M. Blodgett, F. O. Hale, C. A. Rich and Leon Villinger
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The report of the City Marshal for the month of October was read, approved and ordered
filed.
The following Applications for Building Permits were read and granted:
F. M. Petty, Dwelling on Lot 7 of block 1 Burr Addition
D. F. Owens, Tank House on Lots 18 & 20 of Block 1, Burrs Add
The following Claims against the City were read, allowed and ordered paid:

The report of the Board of Health regarding the West Winery, reporting nothing
unsanitary or detrimental to health, was read and filed.
Several communications were read and ordered filed.

In regard to moving the dirt from the Madison Building, it was moved, seconded and
carried that a committee of three be appointed to confer with St. Supt. H. B. Coleman and
to do what in their judgment was best. The following committee was appointed; C. A.
Rich, F. O. Hale, and L. Villinger.
In regard to the Daugherty case; Jones, stated the conditions and ascertain if in the
Judge's judgment a successful prosecution cover be had under the provisions of
ordinance.

It was moved, seconded and carried that this Board do now adjourn to reconvene on
Monday evening, Nov. 8,1909. Carried and so ordered.
