The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in adjourned regular session pursuant
to adjournment of Sept 20, 1909, President Geo. E. Lawrence presiding and the following
other members of the Board being present: J. M. Blodgett, F. O. Hale, and L. Villinger.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The following Applications for Building Permits were read and granted:
W. H. Spargo, Dwg. Barnhart Trach
Geo. Madison, Dwg. on Lodi Ave.
H. N. Madison, Store on S. Main St.
" " , 3 Story Bldg. at Corner. Oak & Sac. St. and remove Bldg. from there.
Max Elwert, Tank House Lot 31, Barnhart Tract.
Mr. J. W. Dougherty complained of the Salvation Army and Peniel Missions being a
nuisance in their meetings on the street in front of his place of business and asked that the
Board take some action to abate the nuisance.
Chas. H. Young made application for assistant or supervising engineer of constructing.
The application was filed.
No further business coming before the Board, the Board then adjourned.
