Lawrence presiding and the following other members of the Board being present: J. M. Blodgett, C. A. Rich, & L. Villinger Absent: F. O. Hale The minutes of the meeting of Aug. 30, 1909 were read and approved. The Reports of the City marshal and City Pound Master for the month of August were read and approved. The application of Barnes & Son for permission to move a small building from back of the First National Bank Bldg. to Barnhart Tract was read and granted subject to the direction of the Supt. of Streets. B. McLachlan for placing street signs, Trustee J. M. Blodgett was appointed a Committee of one to confer with the Woman's Improvement Club. In regard to Ordinance No. 41, this day being a legal holiday, the Ordinance was not taken from the table. 227 On account of today being a legal holiday, it was moved, seconded and carried that this Board do now adjourn to reconvene on Tuesday evening, Sep. 7, 1909.
