The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in regular session, President Geo. E.
Lawrence presiding, and the following other members of the Board being present: C. A.
Rich and L. Villinger.
Absent: F. O. Hale and J. M. Blodgett
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The reports of the City Marshal and the City Pound Master for the month of June and the
reports of the City Clerk and City Treasurer for the quarter ending June 30, 1909, were
read and ordered filed.
The following claims against the City were read, allowed and ordered paid:

It was regularly moved by C. A. Rich and seconded by L. Villinger that the Bonds of the
City of Lodi be sold to the highest bidder at 3 p.m. on July 31, 1909 at the First National
Bank in Lodi.
The motion was carried by the affirmative votes of Trustees G. E. Lawrence, C A. Rich
And L. Villinger.

It was moved, seconded and carried that this Board do now adjourn to reconvene on
Monday evening, July 12, 1909. So ordered.
