Lawrence presiding, and the following other members of the Board being present: C. A. Rich and L. Villinger. Absent: F. O. Hale and J. M. Blodgett The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The reports of the City Marshal and the City Pound Master for the month of June and the reports of the City Clerk and City Treasurer for the quarter ending June 30, 1909, were read and ordered filed. The following claims against the City were read, allowed and ordered paid: Pate, Albert Labor St. Brower, Geo " " Studebaker Bros. Co. 600 Gal. Sprinkler Northern Hdw. Co. A. Rich and seconded by L. Villinger that the Bonds of the City of Lodi be sold to the highest bidder at 3 p.m. on July 31, 1909 at the First National Bank in Lodi. The motion was carried by the affirmative votes of Trustees G. E. Lawrence, C A. Rich And L.
