The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in regular session, President G. E.
Lawrence presiding and the following other members of the Board being present;
J. M. Blodgett, F. 0, Hale, C. A. Rich and L. Villinger
The minutes of the meeting of Feb. 15, 1909 were read and approved.
The reports of the City Marsha and the City Pound Master for the month of Feb., 1909
were read and approved and ordered filed.
A Communication from the Lincoln Farm Association was read and laid on the table till
our next meeting.
The following applications for Building Permits were read and granted:
Barnes & Son, Dwelling for W. H. Lorenz on W. Locust Street
Cole, W. C., Dwelling on Lot 14 of Block 7
Lucas, Jacob J. Carnegie Library on Lots 1 & 2 of Block 1, Larson's Addition.
Seigelkoff, Wm., Dwelling on Lots 16, & 17 of Block 27
McClung, L. E., Remodel Front of Atwood Building
The following Claims against the City were read, allowed and ordered paid:

Petitions were received asking for streetlights at the comer of Oak St. and Pleasant Ave.
at the Cor. of Cherokee and Walnut St. at the comer of Sacramento St. and Lodi Ave.
Upon motions regularly made, seconded and carried, 32 c.p. St. Lights were ordered
placed at the above places.
It was moved and seconded that no more street lights be placed for a period of 60 days,
unless at Public Buildings. The motion was lost by the following vote:
Ayes: Rich & Villinger. Noes: Blodgett, Hale & Lawrence
It was moved, seconded and carried that this Board do now adjourn to reconvene on Mar.
8, 1909. So ordered.
