The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in regular session, President G. E.
Lawrence presiding and the following other members of the Board being present: J. M.
Blodgett, F. 0. Hale, C. A Rich and L. Villinger.
The minutes of the previous meetings were read and approved.
The report of the City Marshal for the month of November was read and approved and
ordered filed
The following applications for Building Permits were read and granted:
P. E. Breen, Barn on Lot 5 of Block 30
A. C. Kagle, Permit to place a gasoline tank
R. M. Combo, Iron shed on Lot 3 of Block 16
R. Lower, Barn Lot 6 of Block 9 E Lodi Add.
The following Claims against

The claim of Putnam Hdw. Co. of $3.10 was referred to the City Clerk for 0. K. from
Ivey.
In re: bicycle ordinance the claim was instructed to take up the matter with Judge E. I.
Jones, with a view toward drawing an ordinance prohibiting riding on sidewalks on
certain streets and allowing it on other streets with a dismounting provision, and
compelling lights at night.

It was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the Street Superintendent be authorized
to go ahead with Street Improvement in all places when the same is necessary. So
ordered.
It was moved, seconded and carried that this Board do now adjourn to meet on Monday
evening, Dec. 14, 1908.
