The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in adjourned regular session pursuant
to adjournment of Oct. 5, 1908, Trustees J. M. Blodgett, C. A. Rich and Leon Villinger
being present and Trustees F. O. Hale and G. E. Lawrence absent.
Trustee L. Villinger was unanimously chosen President Pro. Tem.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
President G. E. Lawrence arrived and took his seat.
The following applications for Building Permits were read and granted:
L. F. Dawson, Porch on East Elm Street
J. M. Appleton, Wood Shed on Lee Avenue
T. C. Hamilton Barn on W. Locust Street
The following Claims were then read and allowed:

The claim of Cary Bros. for $348.85 for Water and Light for the Quarter ending Sept. 30,
having been referred to the City Clerk at the last meeting, was reported back with the
information that $6.45 could be taken off the nights the lights were out if the bill be paid
now. The claim was allowed for $342.40.
No further business coming before the Board, the Board then adjourned.
