The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in regular session, President George
E. Lawrence presiding and the following other members of the Board being present; J.
M.. Blodgett, F. 0. Hale, C. A. Rich, and Leon Villinger.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.
A Communication from the Board of Health was read and filed.
It was moved, seconded and carried that Dr. S. W. Hopkins, B. J. Woodson, G. W.
LeMoin, W. F. Keeney and 0. J. Hemphill be appointed members of the Board of Health
of the City of Lodi.
It was moved, seconded and carried that E. G. Williams, H. F. Ellis, W. H. Thompson,
W. P. Grant and Mrs. C. W. Keen be appointed members of the Board of Library
Trustees of the City of Lodi.
It was moved, seconded and carried that E. E. Breitenbucker be appointed Recorder of
the City of Lodi.
The report of the City Marshal, H. B. Coleman, for the month of April was read and
approved.
It was moved, seconded and carried that the Temperance Election be held on May 12, as
nearly as possible in accordance with the request of the Temperance people.
The following claims against the City were red, approved and ordered paid:

It was moved, seconded, and carried that this Board do now adjourn to reconvene on
