HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes - December 27, 1907Public Hall, Lodi, California, Dec. 27, 1907 The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened pursuant to adjournment of Dec. 20, 1907 The following trustees being present: J. M. Blodgett, F. O. Hale, C. A. Rich and L. Villinger. Absent; G. E. Lawrence. J. M. .Blodgett was elected President Pro -Tem. The minutes of the meeting of Dec. 20, 1907 were read and approved as read. A letter from E. I. Jones, congratulating the City Officials upon the successful collection of tax moneys, was read and filed. A letter from Gen. Manager L. B. McLenegan expressing his regrets at his inability to be present read, filed and the Clerk instructed to communicate further with him. The following applications for Building Permits were read and granted: J. J. Williams for a barn Perrin Bros. for a Cement Stone Dwelling Moved, seconded and carried that a committee of one be appointed to have the water wagon put under cover. C. A. Rich appointed. It was moved, seconded, and carried that a committee of one be appointed to confer with the Chief Hilliard E. Welch and assure him that the Trustees will support him in any action he may take in regard to repairing the Engine house so that it will probably accommodate both hose carts. L. Villinger appointed.
