The board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in adjourned regular session pursuant
to adjournment of Sep. 23, 1907, President G. E. Lawrence presiding and the following
Trustees being present: J. M. Blodgett, F. 0 Hale, C. A. Rich, and L Villinger.
The minutes of the meeting of Sep. 23, 1907 was read and approved as read.
The following applications for Building Permits were read and granted:
L. Derherin, Private Barn on Missouri Ave.; A. Bauer, Auto Shed on Lot 6 of Block 9:
W. Seigelkoff, Hay Barn on Lot 3 of Block 27; H. Pope, Dwelling & Private Barn on
Block 49; B & K. add:
W. R. Haney, Dwelling on Lot 7 of Block 36; Congregational Church, Church on Lots 3
& 4 of Block 12' Congregational Church, removal of present church to rear of same lots.
Moved, seconded and carried that the Clerk be instructed to address a communication to
Mr. J. Harny Lillie, Manager of the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Co. requesting said
company to place a telephone in the Public Hall for the free use of the City Authorities
free of charge.
No further business coming before the Board, the Board then adjourned.
