The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in adjourned regular session pursuant
to adjournment of Sep. 18, 1907, President G. E. Lawrence presiding and the following
Trustees being present: J. M. Blodgett, F. 0. Hale and L. Villinger. Absent: C. A. Rich.
The minutes of the meeting of Sep. 18, 1907, were read and approved.
A notice from the California Navigation and Improvement Co. advising the Board that
the water wagon ordered from Studebaker Bros. was in Stockton was read and filed.
City Marshal, H. B. Coleman asked for assistance in getting out his Tax Receipts.
It was regularly moved by J. M. Blodgett, seconded by F. 0. Hale and L. Villinger that
the City Marshal be empowered to employ assistance in getting out the Tax Receipts and
that the Expense incurred thereby be a charge against the funds of the City. The motion
was carried and so ordered.
No further business coming before the Board, the Board then on motion regularly made,
seconded and carried adjourned to reconvene on Sep. 30, 1907.
