The board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in regular session, President
Lawrence presiding and the following Trustees being present: Blodgett, Villinger, Hale,
and Rich.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Report of Pound Master H. Brannard read, and motion duly made, seconded and carried
same was accepted and placed on files.
Report of Marshal, H. B. Coleman, read and the names of C. E. Lawrence, and the
California Fruit Exchange stricken from the report. Then son motion regularly made,
seconded and carried, same was accepted as corrected and placed on file.
The following items were then read and on motions regularly made, seconded and carried
same wee allowed and ordered paid:

Claim of Sentinel Office for Publishing Ordinances was passed over till next month with
the consent of Mr. Ellis on account of the City funds being low.
Claim of Dr. F. W. Coleman for fumigating laid on the table as the same was not
itemized or verified.
Report of Dr. F. W. Coleman, Health Officer, read and on motion duly made, seconded
and carried, same was accepted and placed on file.
Petition of numerous residents of Burr's Addition of Lodi, praying that Woodbridge
Avenue from Pleasant Ave. to Lincoln St. be made 60 Ft. wide so as to conform to the
width of Third St. read and placed on file.

Mr. D.Beronis appeared before the Board and asked that he be allowed to occupy that
portion of Pleasant Ave. on the West Side between Lockeford St. and Daisy Ave. until
November so that he could get his crop off.
No further business coming before the Board, the Board then adjourned to reconvene
Monday morning, Mar. 11, 1907.
