The Board of Trustees of the city of Lodi reconvened in adjourned regular session
pursuant to adjournment of Feby. 25, 1907, President Lawrence being absent, and the
following Trustees present: Rich, Blodgett, Villinger, & Hale.
On motion made by C. A. Rich, seconded by F. O. Hale, Dr. J. M. Blodgett was
unanimously elected President Pro. Tem.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved as read.
Mr. F. Clary appeared before the Board in regard to Street Lighting & Water, and made
the following proposition.
To furnish Arc Lights to the City for $80 per year each, and 32 c.p. Street Lights at $24
per year each (the Company to furnish renewals, keep light in repair, and do the wiring.)
To furnish water for Hydrants from July 1. 1907. At the rate of $18 per year each for the
first year; and for the smaller Hydrants at $12 per year each.
To furnish water for Street Trough at $24 per year.
No further business coming before the Board, the Board then on motion duly made,
seconded and carried, adjourned.
