The minutes of the meeting of Nov.20.1911.were read and
approved.
;dr.C.C.woodworth,the local representative Of the Stockton
}:ai1 resented a petition signed by himself and others,asl:_ng that
the Board ?'fake sOP.:e ?!:Odificat1 n in the Bicycle Ordinance so ae tO
permit paper and mail carriers to ride on the sidewalks during the
prohibited hours and on the prohibited sidewalks. The president stat—
ed that the matter would be taken up with t -e City Attorney.
Hr. Costello,Leput" :. orticultural Con is:,ioner,suggested
that the spraying of trees in the city be Placed under the direction
of the County ;iortic_:1tur=1 Commission.
