In regi lar session of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Lodi,the following trustees being present: J.M.Blodgett.F.O.Hale.
G.r.Lawrence and C.A.7.ich. Absent: L.villinger. President:Lawrence
presiding.
The minutes of the meeting of Oct.30,1911,were read and
approved.
The reports of the City Marshal, he Pourdmaster,a i the
P1umhing inspector for the month of Cctober were read and approved.
The reports cf the City Clerk and the City Treasurer for
the quarter endin_- September 30,1911.were read and approved.
The following applications for building permits were read
and granted:
Robert Adams.private barn on lot 2 bloc, 11;
C.C.Houston.garage at 525 E.Madi rim St.;
F.A.Pate.dweliirg on lot6 block 3.Barr.=.art Tract.
A communication from the League of California Municipalities
was read.and upon motion the Clerk was instructed to order six copies
cf the report of the proceedings of the last convention of the League.

It was moved by Trustee Hale and seconneo. by Trustee Blodgett
that in the matter of Street Improvement the protest filed Oct.26,
1911.be taken up,whicn lotion was carried.
After discussion.further action on the protest was,on motion,
postponed until Nov.13.1911.
On motlon,the Board adjourned until Ncv.13,1911,at the usual
hour and place.
