Public Hall ,Lodi ,California.Ju::e 26,1911.
In adjourned regular session of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Lodi,the following trustees being present: F.O.Hala,
G.E.Lawrence,C.A.Rich and L.Villinger. Absent: J.H.Blodgett.
?resident Lawrence presiding.
The minutes of the meeting of June 19,1911. were read and
approved.
A communication from the Lodi Merchants' Association in rega=rd
to the removal of wooden awnings was read and ordered filed..The
Board promised to take the matter

A communication from the Real Estate Agents and Brokers
in rega-.d to the real estate license was read and filed,and referred
to the committee of the whole.
Supt.Henning advised that the City carry a stock of good
lamps and sell them to consumers a little above cost. He was told
to go ahead and purchase them.
G HL'INANCE NO.66.
Ordinance No.66.anending Section 30 of Ordinance No.46,
having been introduced on June 13.1911.was read and placed on
passage. Upon motion.the ordinance was adopted by the affirmative
votes of Trustees F.O.Hale,G.E.Lawrence,C.A.Rich and L.Villinger.
Noes: None. Absent and not voting: J.M.3lodgett.
Upon rotion.the Board adjourned until July 3,1911,at ten
o'clock A.M.
