Public Hall,Lodi.Calif ornia.Mar.6,1911.
In regular session of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Lodi,the following trustees being present: J.M.Blodgett.F.O.Hale,
G.E.Lawrenoe,C.A.Ricn and L.Viliinger. President. Lawrence presiding.,
The Minutes of the testing of Feb.27,1911, were read and
approved.
The reports of the City Marshal and of the CitynPouid-
master for the month of Feb. were read and approved.
The following, applications for building permits were read
and granted:
P.Knudsen,chiaken house on lot 6 block 41;
F.F.Irey,private barn on 10t,6 block 12 Hutch.Add.;.
G.R.Harrison,addition to dwg.on lot 5 block 6 E.Lodi;
S.G.Long,dwelling pn lot 10 Larson's Addition;
The aprliactions of G.R.Harrison and R.W.Gillette for
extensions of tine in which to connect wtth the sewer were read
ansl filed.
The resignation of B.F.Woodson as a member of the Board
of Health and of the Board of Library Trustees was read and laid
on the table.
Mr.E.C.Cary appeared before the Board in regard to a deduct-
ion of $55.00 that had been made from a bill of Cary Bros. for certain
material.said deduction being the amount of a deposit made by the
City on a 2" water meter. He claimed that the City had no right to
make the deduction. The Board later decided not to allow the bill
for any additional. amount.
The following claims against the City were read,allowed
and ordered paid:

Upon motion,the President appointed an auditting committee
consisting of Trustees C.A.Rich and J.M.Blodgett.
Upon motion,bids were or^ered called for up to Mar.27,1911,
for furnishing Gas Engine and etc.
Upon motion,acjjourn ent was taken till Mar.13,1911,at the
usual hour and place.
