Public Hall,Lodi.California Feb.27,1911.
-n adjourned regualr session of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Lodi.the following memebers of the Boadd being present:
J.M.Blod;ett.F.O.Hale,G.E.Lawrence,C.A.Rich and L.Villinger.
President Lawrence presiding.
The Minutes of the meeting of Feb.23,1911, were read and
approved.
The following appliactions for building permits were read
and granted:
Pacific Basket & Barrel Co..bldg.in Barnhart Tract;
A.Marklaen.dwg.on lots 3&4 of Block 11;
G.Heinitz.,addition to dwz.at 617.N.Lincoln St.; -
G.Bro.Ter,removal of bldgs.for D.3eronio and G.L.Meissner.
Ordinance No.53,amending Ordiance No.52 was read and intro—
duced and laid on the table for not leas than five days exclusive
of the day of introduction.
J.M.Appleton.on behalf of the Pacific Basket & Barrell Co.,
offered the City the dirt to be taken from the excavation under their
proposed building. He said he would assie the responsibility of
any cave in. The matter was referred to the Street Com:. to be
handled astheysaw fit.
The specifications for the Gas Engine were read and upon
motion by Trustee Blodgett,seconded by Trustee Villinger.the
specifications were accepted and bids ordered called for.
The Report of Engineer Henderson on the contracts of
American Cast Iron Pipe Co.,and Williams and Belser,was read.
The Board adjourned.
