Public Hall,Lodi,California.Dec.20,1910.
In, adjourned regua r session of the Board fo Trustees of
the City of Lodi,the following Trustees being present: J.M.Blodgett,
F.O.Hale,C.A.Rich and.L.Villinger. Absent:.G.E.Lawrence. Trsutee
J.M.Blodgett acting as President Pro Tem.
The Minutes of the Previous Meeting were read and approved.
The following applications for Buildi g Permits were read
and granted:
L.E.McClung,improvements to dwg.on lots lit of Block 17;
LiE.McClung,improvements to bldgs.on lot 8 of Block 14;
C.A.Pratt,improvements to dwg.on lot 6 of Block 43.
The matter of placing the wires for the neww lighting
system was taken up. Mr.Morisette the foreman of the Pacific Telephone
and Telegraph Co. was present and stated that the wages paid is $4.25
per day for linemen and $4.75 for head.gangaan;that his salary as
foreman was approximately $175.00 per month.
It was moved by Trustee Rich and seconded by Trustee Hale that
Mr.Morisette go ahead with the work as outlines under, the supervision
of Superintendent Henning. The motion was carried.
Upon motion the Board then adjourned till Dee.27,1910,at
the usual hour and place.
