Lodi, California.Dec.12,1910.
In adjourned regular session of the hoard of Trustees of
the City of Lodi,the following Trustees beim present: F.O.Hale,
G.E.Lawrence,C.A.Rich and L.Villinger. Absent: J.M.Blodgett.,
President Lawrence presiding.
The:Minutes of the Previous Meeting were read and approved.
A.J:Larson was granted a permit to construct a building
on Lot 4 Block 26.
Mr.F.J.Beaty wanted to make a.proposition in regard to
designing a building for tie City. President Lawrence advised him
to take the matter up with the engineer.
Wm.fitchell stated that the lead pipe connecting his
property with the water system was almost against the telephone
pole,and asked permission to bend it away from the pole. He was told
to go ahead.
Wm.Siegalkof= wanted a one inch tap in the alley back
of the barn. The Board decided to have the tap put in.
A representative of the Coast Improvement Co.made some
statements regarding street improvement. He was advised to see the
committee.The claim of F.F.Irey for 9.83 Drayage and freight,having
been allowed for 6.33,was taken up and allowed for $3.50 more.
The claim of the Pactfic Telephone and Telegrabh Co.for
$7.25;of the Southern Pacific Co..for 22.50.freight on sewer pipe
and $1.00 for rent of Arch; of Walter Sibley for *54.25,Board of
Prisoners,waae allowed and ordered paid.
The bill of the Western Electric Co. of $905.55 for poles
.was referred to the Clark to be paid if the pole tally was correct.
The Clerk was instructed to order two cars of crushed rock.
The Board then adjourned.
