five days.

City of Lodi In regard to the joint o'%lnership .of the electric light
and telephone poles vas read and referred to 3ity Attorne:r Jones.
If found Correct by him, tt is to be forwarded to the City office
o=' the Pacific Tel. & Tel. Co. for their sibnature and then return-
ed to Lodi. •
The final report of 3ngineer H.H.Henderson recommending
the acceptance of the Sewer System was read and laid on the table
until '!onday, Oct. 17. 1910.
