been under the Old rate.but tat since instal_i` a meter his rate
was satisfactory. He tho ,t he should have a relate on the August
bill. The matter of the reD'ulatinc charges for water for stores
was placed in the hands of the Clerk. It was the sense of the Board
no rebates be granted on light bills paid on the basis of the rates
fixed by the ordinance.

was allowed and ordered _paid.
