In regular session of the Bcard of Trustees of the City
of Lodi,t_^.e followin. Trustees being present: J.;;.B1odgett,F.O..:ale,
G.E.Lawrence,C.A.Ricn and L. Millin ,er. ?resident Lawrence presiding,.
The Minutes of the Previous Meeting were read and approved.
The following Applications for 3uilding, Permits were read
and granted:
L.E.McClung,D' ellinfor i:rs.F.O.Rochette on lots 3 & a 31k 7;
C.A.Schroeder,Dweliin6 on lo; 0 Bloc. 12 Rutchins Add.
The matter of the application or the Central California
Traction. Co.for a franchise along Main St.was laid over.
Central California Tractiol, Co.made application for a
spur tract: to the new Pioneer Fruit Shed. The application was read.
Ordinance No.51,grant_n CentralCalifornia Traction Co.
a franchise for a spur track to the ?ioneer Fruit Shed was read and
introduced and laid ori the table for not less than five days.
A eornunicatic?: City Clerk of Hodesto,enclosinz
copies of specs ri cations for street, work was read.
A communication from Ar erican River Zlectri c Co.,promising
to remedy the ratter of low voltage was read.
Marshal Coleman reported that a Japanese and a Chinese.
had been convicted of selling liquor contrary to the law.
Supt.Rennin asked for advice as to the best method of
disposing of the old tanx.
Mr.Fi.natia was present in reference to his application for
appointment as special policeman. He was informed that no action had
been taken.
Upon motion,the 3oa_'d adjourned until Sep.22,1910,at the
usual hour and place.
