Traction Company for a franchise was laid ci over for one week.

the wooden sign at his drug store with a modern electrical sign.
The application was granted if in conformity with the ordinance.
A communication from Judge E.I.Jones was read and filed.
An application from F.A.Louzherty for a srecial water rate
on five houses,which he specified in the applicatiOn,Wae read,and
the rate asked for made until further notice.
The following applications for Building Permits were read
and granted:
A.Lilienthal,Priaate Stable cn Lot 8 31:.8 Barnhart Tract;
B.Rinfret, tearing down old shed on Lots 3&4 and replacing with
new.
it was moved and carried that an extension telephone bell
be placed in the weer works bl d . ,by the telephone compan3r,at an
expense of $1.00 for installation and $.33 per month maintenance.
It was decided to have t .e Clerk write Williams and Belser
for further information re,,ardiI s their sureties.
I. was moved and seconded that this Board do now adjourn.
