In adjourned regular session of the 3oard of Trustees of
the Cit.- of Lodi,the following Trustees being present: J.:.31odgett,
G.E.Larrrence,C.A.Rich and Absent: P.0.Kale. President .
Lawrence presiding.
The Minutes of the Previous Meeting were read and approved.
The following Applications for 3uilding Permits were read
and granted:
A.Lebouf,Cut building on Lot 8 31ock 48,3.& K.Add.;
Gussie isathe•rs.iiocdshed on Lots 1 & 2 Block 8 3.Lodi.
The followin7 communications were read and filed:
A . L .Sin or.s , asking for I,osition as assistant electrician;the
Dalton Adciing Machine Co.,,enclosir.; a two year's guarantee for the
machine purchased by the Citi-; W.R.Conrad,asking for position as
inspector of ptpe at .)lace of ;'a_nufactuee.
The matter of Water 2:.d Light ordinances and rates were
discussed and the ordinances about completed.
It was moved -seconded and carried that this 3oard do now
adjourn till July 23,1910,at the us:;al hour and place. So ordered.
