the Cit: of Lodi,tze following members of the Board being present:
P.0.uale,C.A.Rich and i.Villirger. Absent: J.:i.3lodgett and G.E.Latvrence.
Trustee C.A.RIch was chosen -resident Pro Tam.

enclosing their bond in the su... of ;1220.00 , ,.ras read and ordered filed.
'•i.?.La_ncaster and others made complaint about the line
of sewers in the northern part of town,claiming that it would not
reaoh their property. They were informed that it was too late to
make any c :anEe.

Ordinance No.45.entitled,"An Ordinance Amending Section
Twenty—one of Ordinance Number Nine,fthavinE been read and introduced
on June 2Cth.,1910,was read and placed on passage. It was Proved by
Trustee !itllinger and seconded by Trustee Hale that Ordinance No.45
be adopted as read,which motion was carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees _..,. ale,C.A.Ricn and L.Villinger. Noes: None
Absent: Trustees Blodgett and Lawrence.
Thereu_oon the ordinance was duly approved by 0.A.Rieh,
President Pro Tem.
