In adjourned regular session cf the Board of Trustees of the
City of Lodi,?resident G.E.Lawrence presiding
?resent: Trustees _.G.Ra1e,G.I.Lawrence,C.A.Rich and L.Villinaer,
Absent: Trustee J.._.Blodgett.
The Minutes of the Meetings of June 7th.and 9th.were read
and approved.
The fcllowir.0 Applications for 3uilding permits were read
and granted:

Trustee -ale stated. that Cary 3ros.wa.-lted to buy the safe
now in the water and light of_ice.3oard was not willing to sell.
Matter of levelling 3eC:iian Lane and Hutchins St. discussed
and referred to the St.Committee.
The Specifications for Oast Iron Pipe and Special Castings,
_ydrants,Conbination Mydrants,Valves and Adjustable Valve 3oxes were
read,and upon motion. of Trustee Ric.;,seconded by Trustee Hale, the
specifications were approved and accepted by the affirmative votes
of Trustees Hale,Dawrence,Rich and Villin,er.
It was roved by Trustee Ric:l,seconded by Trustee Villinger,
that the City Clerk be instructed to advertise for bids for the furn-
ishin_ of the above pipe,&c.,said bids to be received up to 8 o'clock
?.`.d. July 5th. ,1910. The motion was carried and it was so ordered.
The Chairman of the Committee of the Whole reported that
the committee had decided to pass an -ordinance providing for a sane
Fourth of July,ti:at is,prohibiting fire -works.
Thereupon the Board adjourned.
