The Board of Taustees of the Cita of Lodi convened in
adjourned regular session,pursuant to adjournment of June Gth.,1910,
Preside -ht v.3. Lawrence presiding and the following other members of
the Board being present: J.:.31odget;,?.3.Yale,C.A.Rich and L.
Villinger.
The ,finlltes of the Previous :'..`eeti_i:; were read and approved.
I,1 regard to the Steel Tank and Tower:

pre sent,and,a='er thorough discussion or the proposed plans by
Henderson,: r. arch and the members :f the 3oard,tha following
resolution was read and' introduced:
RESOLUTION.
W TRTAS,the Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi did on the
9th.day of May,1910,advertise for bids for the construction of a
Steel Tank and Tower;and,
' HJRBAS,the Des 'Moines Bridge & Iron Company submitted the
lowesta'and best bid for the construction of the sane in accordance
with the plans and specifications subnitted,to-wit: Sixty -One
Hundred Dollars (0100.00);
NoW,therefore,3e It Resolved,that the ?resident of the Board
of Trustees of the City of Lodi is hereby authorized and directed,
for and on behalf of said City,to enter into a contract with said
Des "Moines Bridge & Iron Company for the construction of said tank
and tower in accordance with said specifications for the sum of
Sixty -One Hundred Dollars (6100.O0 ),wzi.ch said sum is hereby found
by/said 3oard to be a reasonable and just price for the proposed work.
It was moved by Trustee Blodgett abd seconded by Trustee.
Viliingor that the foregoing resolution be adopted as read,whieh
:notion was carried by the affirmative votes of Trustees 3lodgett,Xx
H ale,Rich and Villinger.

ations were approved and accepted;and the Clerk authorized to ad-
vertise for bids for the construction of the foundation,sald bids
to be received up to d o'clock ?::`.: , Jane 27,1910.
It was regularly moved and carried that t hid Board do now ad-
