Public Ha11,Lodi,California.June 6,1910.
The:Board fo Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in
regular session,Presider.t G.E.Lawrence presiding and the following
other nembers of the Board being present: J.H.B1odgett,F.O.Hale,
C.A.Rich and L.Villinger. Engineer Henderson was also present.
The Minutes of the Previous Meeting were read and approved.
The following Applications for Building Permits were read
and granted:
S.A.Shar.r.,Dance Platform on Lots 10,11,& 12 Block
A.H.3oese,Dwelling on Lot 6 Block 41;
Thompson and Sec man,Remodel_ing Building on Lots 6&7 Block 16;
G.W.LeXoin.Addition to Dwelling on Lots 5&6 Block 8.
The Report of the City Marshal for the month of May was
read and approved.
The Report of the Poundmaster for the month of May was
ro�.d and approved.
Communications from 3.G.?Talker of Lemoore and Jacobsen
Bade Co.of Portland,endorsing the Des Moines Bridge and Iron Co's.
wort: were read and filed.
Communications from the Tracy Engineering Co.and Mueller
.:rfg.Co. ,in regard to the water anci light plants were read and filed
Mrs.Van Buskirk and Mrs.lsinning of the Woman's Inprove—
ment Club asked the Board to prohibit the use of :ire Works on the
Fourth of Jul?. The matter was taken under advisement.

The Clair cf H.H.Henderson for $550.00 for services rendered
as per contract was allowed,Trustees Hale and Rich voting No.
Total Claims Allowed, $12945.62
dessrs.Honkins,Le:• oin,Henphill and Woodson of the Board of
Health asked that the Board of Trustees select an attorney to advise
the Health Officer and draw necessary complaints &c. ;tatter was taken
under advisement.
The matter of filling Hutchins Street was referred to the
Street Committee.
It was coved and seconded that a warrant be drawn in favor
of the Secretary of the League of California Municipalities for the
sum of $20.00,the pro rata of the Cit*,r of Lodi,in the matter of Attorneys'
Fees in the litigation over septic tank and street matters no* being
defended by the League or California Ifunicipali ties.
Chairman Hale of the Street Committee reported having sold
the large sprinkling wagon to the county for $350.00.
