Public Hall,Lodi,Californla.April 25,910.
The Board of Trustees of the Cit!- of Lodi convened in
adjourned regular session,pursuant to adjpt'nemtt of April 18th.,
Presidept G.E.Lawrence presiding and the following other members
of the Board being present: J.M.Blodgett,r.O.Hale,C.A.Rich and
L.Villinger.
The Minutes of the Previous Meeting were read and approved.
George Wigcinton asked permission of the Board to connect
with the sewer on the line of the outfall. He said he was willing
to pay, his pro rata of cost the same as. he would pay taxes in.the
city. He :was informed that the.City would take the matter up with
the attorney and let hin know later. He said that he would.like to
have the Y -branch put in a.t.his place now while the sewer was being
laid.as he night be inside -the limits sometime and it would save
extra expense. There appeared to be no objection to that.
ttessrs. Kr:rb and Gerlach appeared before the Board in
regard to the :natter of,a plumbing ordinance,and rade several sug-
gestions.

Contractor Appleton nade,conplaint that the Inspector,
engineers &c.,were.interfering with their work,laying off the :=en
and delaying she work. He also mentioned the matter of the filling
of Hutchins Street.
The natter of Mrs.McIntosh's-cut i.ng certain trees in
front of her property was referred to the Street Superintendent.
Messrs.Lorenz.Spelicer:-an and Fu14,ager requested that the
Board take action toward the opening of an alley through the block
in which they live. The natter was referred -to the City Attorney.
The clerk was requested to white the American.River lectr-
ic Company in regard to the delay in sending back the contract.
