The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in
adjourned regular session,pursuant to adjournment of Jan.3,1910,Pres-
ident Geo.F,.Lawrence presiding and the following other nembersof the
Board being present: J.M.Blodgett,F.o.Hale,C.A.Rich and.L.Villinger.•
The Minutes of the Previous Meeting were read and approved.
The Report of the City Clerk and of the City Treasurer for
the Quarter ending Dec.31,1909,were read and laid on the table.
The following Applications for Building Permits • were read
and granted:
S.C.i:icCourt,Dwellirg on- Lots 19 & 20 of Block 2 Barnhart Tract;
Albert L.Dutschke,Dwelling on Lot 6 of Block 35,Lodi;
G.Peirano.Addition to Dwelling on Lot 15 of Block 26.
A Petition for a Street Light at the corner of Walnut
St.and Lee Ave.was read and laid or. the table for one week.
A corimunication from H.T.!{ason.and a communication from
H.S.Mason,S.R.Wright and S.Sovereign,relating to and complaining of
the violations of the Speed Ordinance by S.P.trains and citing
special instances of such violations were read and copies ordered
sent to the S.P.Co.
Resolution:
The following resolution was read:
Resolved:by the Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi that G.E.
Lawrence,as President of said Board,be and he is hereby authorized
to execute in the name and on behalf of said City of Lodi the
instrument as to the flowage of sewage water in the canal of the
Stockton and Moti;elumrte Canal Company of Which a copy is hereto an-
nexed.
It was regularly moved and seconded that the foregoing resolut-
ion be arl.opted as read. The motion was carried by the following vote:
Ayes: J.-t.Blodgett,F.O.Hale,C.A.Rich and L.Villinger. Noes: None.
No further business coming before the Board,the Board
adjourned.
