In adjourned regular:,session of the Board of Trustees of
the Cit;; of Lodi,the following trustees being prese:,t: C.A.Black,
J.?.i.Blodgett,F.C.Hale.G.E.Lawrence and C.A.Rich. President Lawrence
presiding.
e minutes of the meeting cf Apr.7,1913,were read and
approved.
The following appliactions for building permits were read
and granted:
H.B.Cole._:an.an addition to dwelling at 622 N.Church St.;
G.E.Henton,corrugated iron addition to bldr.at 9 E.Eln St.
The application of A.C.Sandner to erect a
block 9 was re.'eeted,it appearing to the Board that
already erected such building without a permit.
The report of the City Plumbing Inspector
March was read and filed.

The application of E.E.Meyers for a permit to store 50 gal.
of gasoline was referred to a committee consisting of Rieh,Hale,and
Black.
A proposal from Western States Gas & Electric Co. to purchase
7 poles from the city far $60.00 was referred to Public Utilities
Committee.
The request of Ed Spiekerman for a lease for a specified
time on the city lot on S.Sacramento St. was referred to the Committee
of the Whole.
On motion of Rich.the Superintendent was authorized to
purchase sufficient 2" pipe to lay water mains en Stebkton Ave.
3y resolution,the Board adopted the palt and accepted the
alleys in block 16 of the Lodi Barnhart Tract.
The opinion of Attorney Jones on the matter of bonding for
street improvement was read and filed.
The Board ad'ourned.
